Cohort 2040 is a new global initiative under development to help emerging environmental leaders in all sectors develop the inner and outer skills needed to respond to the worsening conditions caused by climate change, and to do so as a part of an international community of practice building collective purpose. This grant will allow Cohort 2040 to fully embed inner wellbeing practices as a foundational element of the initiative from the outset, ensuring its co-design, testing, pilot and peer community are built around the fundamental understanding that developing inner wellbeing skills is critical for young leaders to turn eco-anxiety into effective collective action that drives positive societal change under worsening conditions.
