Animal Welfare

The Foundation’s Animal Welfare grants sit at the intersection of the illegal animal trade and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which is a significant driver of demand for animal parts and extracts. Current areas of interest for the foundation include rescue and protection of Sun and Moon Bears in Southeast Asia, disruption of the jaguar parts trade from South America, and the global trade of donkey skins.
