C.R. Hibbs has worked with the RHNHFF Global for many years, lending her expertise to the development of new systems and strategies across the institution. Since January 2022, she has led the growing Global program team as Director of Programs. C.R. works closely with the CEO on overall strategy and institutional development as the Ho Family explores new areas of interest and grantmaking, and she oversees the virtual team of program staff located throughout the world. C.R. has broad experience across a range of issue areas, including the connection between inner well-being and social change, global development, transparency and accountability, migration, human rights, freedom of expression, environment, youth engagement and empowerment, among others. She has worked in philanthropy for more than two decades, more recently as an independent consultant, and before that for the Hewlett Foundation in a variety of roles, including Program Officer, Managing Director for Mexico for the Global Development Program, and Senior Advisor to the Hewlett Foundation President.
