The Amsterdam School for Cultural Analysis, a research institute within the University of Amsterdam, is dedicated to the critical and innovative study of culture from an interdisciplinary perspective. A seed grant from the Foundation supports the development of Voyages of Identity, a multidisciplinary research-based art project—led by Hangfeng Chen, a visual artist and filmmaker based in Shanghai and Amsterdam—exploring the intersections of Chinese heritage, African identity, global trade, and cultural exchange.
