The Foundation has endowed a Chair in Buddhist Studies at Stanford’s Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Center for Buddhist Studies. The position is the first permanent faculty post dedicated to Buddhism at Stanford. The Chair helps to develop the field within the Department of Religious Studies and to expand the work of the Ho Center.
