Inner Development Goals

The Inner Development Goals (IDG) is a Swedish nonprofit dedicated to advocating for inner development—both individual and collective—as a vital pathway to a more sustainable, regenerative, and just future for humanity and the planet. The IDG provides a structured, large-scale effort to integrate inner development into institutions, policymaking, and education at scale. The Foundation supports IDG’s efforts to engage social impact organizations as an integral part of the 2025 IDG Summit, a leading global gathering for diverse stakeholders on inner growth for outer change which aims to inspire hope and agency while providing impactful stories, tools, and practical approaches to integrate inner development into organizations and society.
