Ann Shulman, Program Officer, joined the RHNHFF in January 2022 to co-lead its work in Contemplation, Insight and Impact (C2i) and its growing environmental portfolio. Ann brings vast experience that encompasses government, the for-profit sector, the non-profit sector, and academia. For over 20 years she has been engaged in philanthropy as an organizational effectiveness consultant to a broad range of foundations, a family foundation staff person and a community foundation board member. Building on her expertise in the environment field, Ann has been engaged in developing the Environmental Stewardship Fund for a San Francisco-based family foundation, and more recently helped launch the foundation’s Women & Girls Leadership Fund. Her personal journey includes a deep and devoted meditation practice that connects to the aims, strategy, and ethos of the C2i program.
