Robert H.N. Ho Family Foundation seeks a part-time ASSOCIATE PROGRAM OFFICER, working in a flexible, consulting arrangement as part of a global team to develop grants and manage relationships with grantees. The C2i ASSOCIATE PROGRAM OFFICER will:
Report to and work with the DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS (based in North America) to manage a growing portfolio of grants in the Foundation’s Contemplation, Insight, and Impact (C2i) program—a grantmaking area that focuses on the use of contemplative and wellbeing practices to improve performance and outcomes in the nonprofit sector.
The Foundation and its program teams operate virtually with team members based in North America, Europe, and Asia. The majority of grantees in C2i are in North America and Europe. While this position is geographically flexible, the candidate must be available and working during North American time zone hours.
